Position Overview Title:

Direct the administration of a Sales Center, developing and implementing operational goals in alignment with corporate strategy. Responsible for the Sales Center’s profitability and all employee performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and develop growth of the operation, identifying market opportunities and evaluating competitors.
Hire, train, and develop Sales Center employees to foster long‑term productivity.
Conduct regular training programs for all employees.
Maintain a customer‑friendly Sales Center and prioritize leads to move transactions through the pipeline.
Ensure compliance with sales processes and maintain strong relationships with lenders, installers, and contractors.
Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervise Sales Center employees, performing hiring, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Preferred: Successful manufactured home sales experience.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year college or university) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5 years retail customer sales or large‑ticket sales experience preferred.
Manufactured home industry experience is a plus but not required.
Other Qualifications Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time annually.
