Job Overview Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure that clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and kept in proper order throughout the day.
