Looking for a new opportunity?

We are currently hiring a Project Manager for our office in Kearny, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities

Work with our sales & estimating team to complete the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects.

Collaborate with customers to process shop drawings, coordinate site measurements, attend site meetings, order products, and arrange shipping.

Manage third‑party subcontract installers on job‑site installations.

Review and price change orders for existing projects, and actively follow up to sell change orders on a profitable basis.

Resolve a variety of issues that arise with projects, including delays, adverse site conditions, installation issues, and other day‑to‑day challenges of commercial construction.

Collaborate with manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and material deliveries.

Work with other project managers, warehouse managers and drivers to successfully complete projects.

Complete project deficiencies and work with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.

Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.

What you’ll bring

Successful completion of an Undergraduate Education.

Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset.

A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.
