We are seeking an experienced
Garment Quality Control Inspector
to ensure our apparel meets quality, fit, and construction standards from sewing floor to finished goods. This role involves frequent travel to local sewing contractors throughout Los Angeles and Orange County, making hands‑on inspection, clear communication, and strong follow‑through essential.
What You’ll Do
Inspect garments at
cut & sew contractors
and internal facilities
Review workmanship, stitching, construction, fit, fabric, trims, and labeling
Verify production aligns with approved samples, specs, and measurements
Identify defects or quality issues and communicate corrections clearly
Work directly with contractors to resolve issues in real time
Track inspection results and maintain clear QC documentation
Support Production and Operations teams to ensure on‑time, quality deliveries
What We’re Looking For
Garment QC experience required
(cut & sew apparel)
Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fit
Excellent attention to detail and consistency
Comfortable communicating directly with factory teams
Ability to manage time independently across multiple locations
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
Ability to stand, walk, and inspect garments for extended periods
Required
Reliable car and valid driver’s license
Ability to travel regularly to contractors throughout
Los Angeles and Orange County
Nice to Have
Experience working with domestic sewing contractors
Familiarity with QC checklists, measurements, and spec packs
