Customer Service Shuttle Specialist Location: Altamonte Springs, FL

Shift schedule:

Monday–Friday: 6:30 am–9:30 pm

Saturday: 10:30 am–10:30 pm

Sunday: 9:30 am–9:30 pm

As a Shuttle Attendant, you’ll be the face of Beep, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of passengers while educating the public about autonomous technology.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the shuttle and handle the system interface while in transit.

Engage with passengers, answer questions, and promote the benefits of autonomous transportation.

Provide manual operations when necessary (with a handheld gaming controller) for added safety.

Perform basic troubleshooting and vehicle inspections to ensure smooth operation.

Maintain a high standard of safety and emergency services during critical events.

Requirements

Availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is required.

Passion for customer service and communication, with quick thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and mobility.

Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to stay calm during challenging situations.

Valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record.

Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 20 lb when needed.

Must pass a complete background and drug screen prior to start.

Salary $17 per hour
