Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and continuously recommend process improvements. Perform inventory reconciliations and address discrepancies, including shortages and overages, by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Support the Inventory Control Tower and assist the broader SCM operations team as needed. Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure effective implementation of supply chain plans. Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and streamline SCM processes. Prepare and analyze ad‑hoc reports to identify potential issues and propose actionable solutions. Support other SCM‑related projects and initiatives as assigned by the Manager or Division Manager. Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, or Trade Promotion Management within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. Solid understanding of Supply Chain Planning (SCP) systems and principles. Working knowledge of supply chain operations and the sales process. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time‑management skills. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and drive change to achieve measurable results. Experience with SCP systems such as Kinaxis, JDA, or SAP is preferred but not required. This is a full‑time, fully onsite position based at our Buena Park. Remote/hybrid work is not available.
