Responsibilities
Copy, Scanning and Storing Documents
Checking for accuracy and editing files
Reviewing and updating technical documents
Accurately file, track, and distribute project documents
Maintain MS Outlook Distribution lists and create project meetings
Make process suggestions to increase document control accuracy and efficiency
Act as a subject matter expert with document control group
Requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent understanding of MS Office
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
