About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Finance Market Operations professional to work in an experienced team to support and optimize the performance of our financial marketplace. This role sits at the heart of our business operations, combining analytical thinking, process improvement, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure our global programs run smoothly. You will serve as the central operational hub for managing and optimizing C2FO’s Supply Chain Finance ecosystem, helping to shape the future of our market‑leading technology.
Essential Duties
Monitor marketplace health and performance, identifying and resolving issues to maintain operational integrity.
Own daily reconciliation and exception handling across payment flows.
Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders (banks, payment processing teams) and Buyers (and their internal teams such as Payments, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and ERP teams).
Manage supplier data issue cases, working with enterprise IT and ERP resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Capital Markets to improve tools, workflows, and automation.
Use data to uncover trends, troubleshoot problems, and propose solutions that enhance user experience and efficiency.
Support new market launches and partner onboarding efforts.
Contribute to internal documentation, process improvement initiatives, and strategic projects.
Work in a hybrid setting: in‑office with flexibility to work remotely two days per week in a collaborative open‑office environment with access to private meeting spaces as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record in Trade Finance, including operations, payments, financial services, or a tech‑driven business.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to improve how things work.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL.
Experience with payment platforms, reconciliation tools, or financial operations.
Background in SaaS, fintech, or B2B platforms.
Exposure to process improvement, automation, or systems integration.
