**Job Description** The General Manager is the backbone of our business, responsible for everything that happens within the store. The GM builds and leads a team through constant coaching, sets high standards for customer service, maintains exceptional product quality, handles local marketing and community involvement, and ensures overall operational excellence. All policies and procedures must be followed 100% of the time, with the same standards held for the team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recognize, appreciate, and value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals.
Lead and motivate team members with a positive, upbeat attitude while upholding all RPM standards.
Coach and monitor safety and security policies; ensure all equipment is operational.
Utilize RPM training tools and on‑the‑job training to continually develop team members.
Adhere to and hold the team accountable to all RPM, Domino’s, and state health‑code standards.
Manage inventory, cash handling, customer service, sales projections, local marketing, and team scheduling.
Successfully manage sales, inventory, and labor to achieve desired profits.
Ensure all product, service, and image standards are upheld daily.
Consistently work 40+ hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS
Must hold AM4 status or be a prior GM with DM approval and be in good standing with RPM.
Completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have an AM4 store ready as a replacement.
Demonstrated high‑volume mentality; supervised in a store that meets all RPM service standards.
Must pass all background and drug tests.
Proficient in math and technology skills.
Be an RPM brand ambassador who upholds all standards and consistently meets product expectations (e.g., a 60‑second large pepperoni pizza).
Track record of training team members in product, service, and image.
Become food‑safety certified as required by the area.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
