Base Pay Range $41.00/hr - $49.00/hr
Summary Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Business Office Manager oversees all community accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of all Skilled Nursing Facility private pay, insurance, secondary insurance and Medicare/Medi‑Cal billing. The Business Office Manager also serves as the campus information systems liaison with the Home Office Accounting Department.
Essential Competencies and Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and procedures manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
Credentials: Education with Equivalent Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications Not specified.
