FT Replenishment Manager (H) – Food Lion Position located at

(Store Code 01513). Food Lion serves more than 10 million customers a week across 10 southeastern and mid-Atlantic states.

Primary Purpose

– Responsible for shelf inventory management within Center Store, including maintaining in‑stock position and collaborating with store and department leadership to plan key events, holidays, merchandising events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Order and maintain product levels at Center Store using CAO.

Train, coach, and influence associates to grow sales, reduce shrink, increase customer satisfaction.

Partner with schedule writers to ensure replenishment and CAO activities are properly scheduled.

Prioritize daily workload to ensure variety and selection available.

Set and achieve goals around continual in‑stock service levels within Grocery, HBC, DSD.

Assist in proactive planning to address future business needs through in‑stock conditions and replenishment activities.

Maintain shelf allocations and replenishment in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Support leadership and motivation within the store to promote culture reflecting Brand and Strategy.

Support budgeted financial operating results focusing on minimizing shrink, achieving labor results, managing inventory, controlling supply expense, overall productivity.

Create positive shopping experiences by role modeling outstanding customer service and leveraging product knowledge.

Control store expenses through proper ordering of supplies.

Understand and use company tools such as CAO and average cost inventory system (ACIS).

Ensure ordering and receiving follows policies and guidelines.

Observe and correct unsafe conditions to prevent associate or customer accidents (report to Manager on Duty).

Report to the MOD on associate and customer accidents per procedures.

Assist with physical inventory of product on hand.

Ensure compliance with local, state, federal regulations.

Adhere to all company guidelines, policies, procedures, and standard practices.

Complete all training through computer‑based training, packets, and courses.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent (preferred).

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Good understanding of store operations (preferred).

Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.

Ability to solve problems using technical information.

Minimum age requirements met for specific job functions.

Physical requirements met with or without reasonable accommodations.

Prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.

Good understanding of ordering, CAO, and inventory systems.

Physical Requirements

Use computers and other communication systems.

Use hand‑held computers for ordering, scan outs, inventory management.

Stand 100% of time, walking short distances.

Push or pull up to 2000 pounds using pallet jack or float (stock cart).

Perform repetitive hand and arm motions.

Bend and lift up to 15 lbs continuously, 25 lbs frequently, 100 lbs occasion.

Handle substances associated with cleaning and packaging materials.

Frequent reaching and grasping at waist level, occasionally above shoulder or below waist.

Meet volume activity standards.

Tolerate extreme hot/cold temperatures up to 20 minutes at a time.

Have visual ability to check invoices, dates, documents.
