Position Summary
Operational Excellence supports high reliability in quality, experience, finance, workforce, operations, and capacity. The role is responsible for executing on Operational Excellence tactics designed to exceed key performance indicators in quality, experience, or finance. It leverages continuously available data to support improvement of core processes and interacts effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. The role executes value stream improvement projects and actively participates in community of practice partnerships, providing customer service, collaboration, and inclusivity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
5 years of experience leading initiatives to improve operational performance using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and/or other continuous improvement methods.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required within the first year of hire.
Pay Range
$68,806.40 - $100,294.48

ECU Health North - Roanoke Rapids, NC
