Job Description Blackstone Strategic Partners is seeking an Analyst to join its Investment Operations team within its Finance department. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, with a focus on providing support and fostering collaboration with the Investment, Institutional Client Solutions, Global Fund Finance (fund accounting), Treasury, Tax, Legal & Compliance, and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution in the investment closing process

Collaborating with the Investment team and external stakeholders to collect, validate, onboard, and maintain investment reference and transactional data

Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the legal entity creation and onboarding process

Supporting the collection and archiving of investment‑related documents, serving as a central point of contact for communications related to underlying investments

Calculating investment and investor‑level performance, analyzing key drivers of change, preparing track records, and generating ad‑hoc performance reports

Analyzing exposure and key performance drivers of look‑through portfolio companies

Preparing quarterly investor update reports and customized investor templates

Cash and custody account management and providing oversight for transactions

Identifying and monitoring operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within the portfolio

Assisting with various projects and handling ad‑hoc requests as necessary

Qualifications Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team‑driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. The ideal candidate is someone who wishes to expand their knowledge of private equity finance and operations, and to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate must have:

1+ year of relevant work experience (e.g., audit, accounting, finance)

Bachelor's Degree required with strong academic record

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Quick learner who is highly organized, has exceptional project management skills and is both detail‑ and process‑oriented

Plans, communicates, meets deadlines and executes upon multiple projects concurrently

Team‑oriented; can build relationships

Expertise with Microsoft Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Sigma preferred

Expected annual base salary range $90,000 - $125,000

Benefits Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
