Job Description As a Quick Lane Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Quick Lane customers. You’ll greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, recommend appropriate maintenance services, and work closely with our technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs.
Responsibilities
Greet Quick Lane customers in a friendly, professional manner
Perform quick vehicle walk‑arounds and help identify service needs
Communicate service recommendations clearly and confidently
Create accurate repair orders and help manage service workflow
Keep customers informed on vehicle status and completion times
Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly work environment
Qualifications
Previous experience as a service advisor or in a customer‑facing automotive role is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
Basic automotive knowledge or a willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
