Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Banking domain knowledge
Teller testing experience (preferred)
Minimum 5‑6 years of testing experience
Primarily manual testing
Create and document test cases; test execution using Jira/Xray
Design, plan, deploy and perform system integration tests using established testing methodologies
Knowledge of the ARGO ALLPRO systems, preferably TellerPRO
Work closely with line of business to understand business process and perform testing as per requirements
Responsibilities
Work with Team Lead‑QA to gain familiarity with SDLC and build knowledge of testing methodology fundamentals.
Develop working knowledge of bank testing tools such as JIRA and XRay.
Develop a fundamental understanding of banking practices and regulations to apply QA testing methodology.
Analyze test results, identify issues, assist with root‑cause analysis leading to resolution, and communicate accordingly with QA Lead and other project team members.
Active involvement in all aspects of QA life cycle for assigned projects.
Create clear, concise test cases and data from specifications; create automated test scripts; execute manual testing; document defects; track, retest, and communicate.
Assist QA Lead or Senior QA Analyst in creating key status reports/metrics for senior management.
Conduct cross‑training of testing resources as needed.
Design, plan, deploy and perform system integration tests fully testing all business requirements/user story releases.
Develop and report progress against goals, workflow components, and other non‑financial metrics.
Test for proper implementation of pricing and promotion changes; perform ongoing quality control tests of documentation and system to ensure existing functionality is not impaired.
Adhere to prescribed testing discipline including development and running of use cases, fully documenting test results and work‑around solutions.
Maintain updates of testing plans to match current processes and procedures of line‑of‑business functions.
Participate in communicating test results to QA Analyst‑Lead and/or project team; execute all activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all key internal partners; attend business line department and project team meetings to discuss testing results and defect management.
Test implementation of third‑party interfaces.
