Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience by accurately diagnosing vehicle concerns, recommending services, and overseeing the repair process.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, listening to their concerns and gathering vehicle information.

Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services, explaining the benefits and estimated costs.

Create and manage repair orders, detailing work needed and ensuring accurate documentation.

Coordinate with technicians to provide timely updates on vehicle status and service completion.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service timelines, pricing, and any additional repairs needed.

Handle customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction with completed services.

Maintain knowledge of dealership and manufacturer service programs, warranties, and promotions.

Process customer payments and ensure proper invoicing for services rendered.

Maintain a clean and organized service desk area.

Assist with scheduling service appointments and managing workflow within the service department.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive‑related role preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and dealership management software.

Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
