Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead - Role Overview As a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead for Contact Government Services, you will use your legal experience to assist a large federal agency. You will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity. You will contribute to government innovation, collaborate, and anticipate the needs of others.
Responsibilities
Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform to ESI specifications and, as required, participate in teleconferences with co‑counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel upon attorney request.
Ensure incoming and outgoing productions comply with applicable ESI specifications and notify case attorneys of deficiencies.
Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
Provide input on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs.
Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied across the life of the case.
Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production.
Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes.
Maintain current knowledge of available software applications in areas of expertise.
Contribute to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements related to electronic discovery.
Generate custom PowerShell scripts.
Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex, large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.
Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
Advanced knowledge of Relativity (frontend and backend).
Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
Advanced hands‑on experience with Active Learning.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills and understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
Teamwork skills to manage complex relationships with stakeholders.
Well organized, strong communicator, detail‑oriented, good judgment, confident working independently.
Undergraduate degree required; 5+ years of prior relevant experience. Law degree, technical certification, or other relevant graduate degree strongly preferred.
Must be a United States Citizen.
Preferred Additional Experience
Knowledge of advanced searches in Relativity; generating search indexes; setting up workflows; permissions; Case Dynamics.
Write scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, or data manipulation.
Generate complex productions out of Relativity.
In‑depth hands‑on experience with Case Map and Text Map.
Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
