A large loss property damage restoration organization is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team. The role is permanent, full‑time, based in New York, NY. Salary is $85,000 – $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of restoration projects.
Coordinate and manage all project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
Implement and maintain project management procedures and processes.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.Provide regular project updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in restoration projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage project risks and issues.
Proficient in project management software.
Understanding of construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 desirable.
