The position will be a day shift: 7 am–3:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
As a Manufacturing Operator you’ll help make world‑class products behind the brands everyone loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; your work helps ensure every item that leaves the line meets high standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor production equipment
Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Accurately measure and scale ingredients
Complete quality checks and record data
Keep your work area clean
Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
SKILLS
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
Comfortable using computers or tablets
Able to read, write, and understand English
Basic math and mechanical understanding
Strong attention to detail
Team‑oriented and dependable
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $19.85–$20.45. Pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
