Role As Operations Manager – MRO, you’ll have full operational responsibility for assigned production cells within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station. You’ll ensure constant operational readiness by aligning people, training, tooling, test equipment, and technical data with production plans and customer commitments. Your leadership will create a safe, engaged, high‑performing environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements, while driving continuous improvement and monitoring business performance through clear metrics.
About You You bring proven leadership experience within an aerospace MRO environment, ideally a Part 145 Repair Station, with a strong understanding of avionics LRU and component maintenance. You excel at managing operational performance, developing teams, resolving conflict, and driving improvement initiatives while maintaining rigorous safety, quality, and compliance standards. Strong communication skills, sound judgement, and the ability to interpret technical data, manuals and specifications are essential. Comfortable working with ERP systems and using data to inform decisions. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, direct knowledge of CFR 14 Part 145, and an FAA A&P licence or eligibility for a Repairman Certificate are advantageous.

Compensation Pay Range Up to $120K based on experience.
