Business Development Representative at Quality Labor Management, LLC About QLM:

QLM is a national Skilled Trade provider seeking an individual with proven Staffing experience in the Commercial Construction Industry. This is a full‑time salary position with commission earnings.

Job Summary: The Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies and creates new business opportunities for QLM, generating and qualifying leads and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals.

Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads, prospects, and target markets through various channels.

Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to uncover opportunities.

Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and social media.

Develop outreach strategies to engage prospects and capture their interest.

Assess needs and qualifications of potential clients.

Gather information about budget, timeline, decision‑making process, and pain points.

Provide overviews of QLM’s products or services tailored to prospect needs.

Share relevant resources such as brochures or case studies.

Maintain regular communication to nurture relationships.

Address questions, concerns, or objections and tailor the sales pitch.

Pass qualified leads to the sales team with comprehensive background information.

Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of interactions and activities.

Analyze data to report on lead generation success and refine strategies.

Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a drive to meet or exceed targets.

Proficiency in sales and marketing tools.

Adaptability to changing market conditions and client needs.

Strong problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Benefits & Compensation:

Base Salary:

Based on experience.

Commission:

Monthly.
