Primary Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long‑term loyalty.
Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
Ensure front‑end merchandise meets visual standards.
Maintain entrance, exterior, and front‑end operations.
Ensure store standards, operations, and company programs meet expectations.
Coach, develop, evaluate, and supervise front‑end associates.
Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
1–2 years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large service‑oriented business (preferred).
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Stand for extended periods safely.
