Job Description Performs effectively in all procedural roles (circulate, monitor, scrub) required in a diagnostic or therapeutic cardiac laboratory team based on the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals scope of practice. Contributes to the overall quality of diagnostic service and documentation, supporting departmental quality standards and initiatives. Problem‑solves day‑to‑day issues consistently and appropriately. Assists with smooth patient flow by ensuring timely room turnover and preparation, and communicates effectively with staff, physicians, and department management. Exhibits a desire to learn and upgrade clinical and leadership skills, seeks education opportunities, and coaches staff towards professional growth. Teaches and directs the work of other staff and students as required, maintaining familiarity with new procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department or unit. Maintains and promotes a positive attitude, self‑motivation, and mutual respect toward patients, physicians, and fellow team members. Leads as part of a team, possessing or obtaining an advanced skill set while keeping current with emerging trends. Educates and shares knowledge with team members within the department to increase independence. Supports and assists with data collection for process improvement, understanding department performance trends and established standards. Contributes and encourages others to contribute toward process improvement by serving on process improvement teams as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements Bachelor'sAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Licensed Paramedic (PARA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular Interventional (R.T.(CV)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range $34.71 - $64.55
