Warehouse Specialist
We are searching for a Warehouse Specialist to support material flow and product movement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is essential to keeping operations running smoothly by accurately tracking inventory, staging materials for production, fulfilling internal requests, and supporting outbound logistics. Key Duties :
Receive, check, and document incoming goods against packing slips or purchase orders Place raw materials and completed parts in proper storage locations for quick access and optimal use of warehouse space Maintain up-to-date inventory records through the warehouse system and perform routine spot counts Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment to move materials safely and efficiently Load and unload trucks and secure freight to prevent damage during transport Prepare shipments, packaging products to meet customer requirements and quality standards Assist in material transfers between departments based on production schedules and job priorities Required Experience & Skills :
Previous warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with inventory control software or warehouse systems Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling tools Experience using handheld scanners or mobile devices for inventory tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in compliance with ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or another protected individual)
