Job Overview

$42.00/hr - $45.00/hr Responsibilities
Evaluate user requests for new or modified products. Analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Formulate systems aligned with overall business strategies. Collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders. Lead requirements gathering, workshops, interviews. Document analysis and create detailed business needs. Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Write UAT test scripts and perform UAT testing. Identify and document project risks and mitigation actions. Track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle. Qualifications
5+ years as a business systems analyst on medium to large projects. Proficient in Agile practices and story writing. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Draw.io, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, BI tools. Analytical and problem‑solving skills; logic and reasoning. Excellent written and verbal communication; client‑facing skills. Solid organizational skills; attention to detail and multitasking. Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
