Licensed Financial Sales Manager

to lead and scale a team of financial professionals. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor with a strong track record in production and leadership who wants a clear path to growth and greater rewards for developing others.

This is a salary role with full medical benefits & 401(k).

What You Will Lead and Build As a Sales Manager with Apogee, you will:

Recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial professionals

Mentor advisors on holistic planning and revenue growth

Strategically drive team performance through coaching and accountability

Grow your own client base while earning competitive overrides and leadership compensation

Play a key role in building a scalable advisory organization within a nationally recognized firm

What You Bring

Minimum five years of experience in financial services or wealth management

Proven success in leading and coaching advisors or producers

Active Series 7 and 66 preferred

Enterprising spirit and passion for developing talent

Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals to achieve their full potential.

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive team performance and revenue growth.

Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.

Produces personally while coaching and scaling advisor performance.

Qualifications

Must have at least 5 years of experience in this industry.

Must have a Life & Health insurance license. Series 7 & 66 are highly preferred.

Must have experience leading a team of financial advisors.

Compensation $75,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience
