$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).
Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives
may apply. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Job Overview Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of store areas, including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.
Ensure a safe environment for customers and associates.
Use cleaning equipment and solutions safely and efficiently.
Report maintenance issues to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
Basic math and communication skills.
