$19.00/hr - $27.00/hr Responsibilities

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy; operates forklift following company standards and guidelines by safely picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise and pallets; completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities and adapts to change, learning from difficulties and feedback; receives stocks and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers, managing inventory flow following company policy and procedures for utilizing equipment appropriately; provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, and providing guidance and support regarding self‑service technology and purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services; maintains safety of facility according to company policies and procedures, conducts safety sweeps, follows forklift spotting procedures, handles and disposes of hazardous materials, follows steel standard guidelines, and reports unsafe situations to management; maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies, properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, setting up cleaning and organizing product displays, maintaining modular integrity, receiving, sorting, staging, and delivering merchandise, ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise, processing defective merchandise, and monitoring shrink, security risks, and safety; ensures club pick‑up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick‑up orders throughout the day and staging, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy and procedures; performs occasional audits for accuracy; handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracks goods, maintains in‑stock levels, controls shrinkage in a timely manner, reports poor inventory practices and low in‑stock levels, uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and informs management when forklifts are not in proper working order; proactively identifies customers who need help, actively engages them, assists them with technology services and items, models and helps others with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix the problem; properly maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly and promptly fixes any problems; respects the individual, embraces differences, creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, creates opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform, helps to attract the best talent, works as a team, builds strong and trusting relationships, communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence, strengthens the team by helping develop and mentoring others, recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments, acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics and compliance, models Walmart values to support and foster our culture, holds oneself and others accountable, supports Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates, customers, members, and the world around us, acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble, self‑aware, honest, fair, and transparent, serves our customers and members, delivers results while putting the customer first, makes decisions based on reliable information, balances short and long‑term priorities, and considers how own work impacts the team's ability to deliver on our purpose for all stakeholders, and strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, a desire to learn, taking calculated risks, demonstrating courage and resilience, driving continuous improvements, being open to and using new technologies and skills, and supporting others through change. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00* Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications
