Location Position located in Tupelo, MS.
Responsibilities
Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling and participate in orientation and in‑service education training.
Participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
Assist with care planning, continuous quality improvement and ensure proper infection control techniques are utilized.
Qualifications
RN with a current license by State Board of Nursing and at least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to coordinate with other departments, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
LTC/SNF experience is strongly preferred.
