Responsibilities
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring visual appeal and compliance with luxury standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
Ensure every customer interaction is positive and memorable; resolve inquiries promptly.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom traffic and sales; monitor performance and report to senior management.
Manage showroom inventory, coordinating with inventory team for new product displays.
Plan and execute in‑showroom events to promote new products; collaborate with marketing team.
Act as brand ambassador, embodying company values and maintaining product knowledge.
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred; manage leads and pipeline.
Qualifications
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in luxury retail management or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
Ability to work in fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Passion for luxury products and eye for detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
