Gate Host Supervisor
Mountain House Lodge at Sereno Canyon is excited to announce an opportunity for Gate Host Supervisor. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Lead schedule and train team of gate host associates.
Accurately control gate access for residents, guests, and vendors to the resort-style community.
Check all guests into the resort-style community based on established procedures.
Promote ownership activities and special events in the community and Mountain House Lodge.
Provide accurate and complete information about the community, resort, and surrounding areas.
Answer guest questions and provide accurate directions to all points of interest inside the community.
Activate the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather, or medical emergency.
Maintain accurate and reliable logs and records of daily activities and resident/guest/vendor interactions of note.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job.
Knowledge of Gate Pass Systems and Microsoft applications is a plus.
