What You’ll Do
Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for our service customers.
Listen to concerns, explain repair needs clearly, and set honest expectations.
Communicate between customers and technicians to keep things running smoothly.
Provide accurate estimates and keep customers updated throughout the process.
Review completed work with customers and ensure their satisfaction before they drive away.
What We’re Looking For
No experience needed – just a willingness and the aptitude to learn.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
General automotive knowledge.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Experience with Chrysler and Reynolds & Reynolds DMS is a plus.
