Organizational Change Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities Lead transformation initiatives in our Customer Success organization, driving adoption of new technologies, behaviors, and processes. Inspire change, build stakeholder trust, and ensure seamless transitions that enhance customer experience.
How You Will Do It
Design and deliver impactful change strategies that drive internal adoption and elevate customer experience.
Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and customer success goals.
Assess readiness across the organization and customer touchpoints, identifying risks early and turning challenges into engagement opportunities.
Coach and empower leaders to champion change behaviors that positively affect customer relationships and deliver measurable results.
Lead engaging workshops and dynamic communications that inspire stakeholders, address concerns proactively, and keep teams and customers informed.
Track, measure, and optimize change initiatives to ensure adoption leads to improved customer outcomes.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in change management or organizational development.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate change strategies clearly.
Influence and Relationship Building: Skilled at gaining buy‑in and trust from stakeholders at all levels.
Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates empathy, self‑awareness, and professionalism in sensitive situations.
Adaptability and Resilience: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining composure under pressure.
Collaboration: Works effectively across cross‑functional teams and fosters openness and inclusion.
Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and tools.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
