2+ years retail management experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated leadership capabilities Passion for retail and fashion Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to perform tasks like standing, lifting, and moving merchandise Embody company values and culture Maintain professional appearance and attitude Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community Stay current with fashion trends and product knowledge Seniority Level
