Job Description The Key Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

Open and close routines

Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness

Understand business performance and metrics

Think proactively about customer service and store operations

Pay attention to detail in all tasks

Use register and point of sales system

Protect store assets

Create visual displays

Use system skills for inventory and reporting

Work schedule: 12-16 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays; peak periods may require additional hours

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)

Retail experience: At least 1 year of retail experience preferred

Supervisor/managerial experience: Not required

Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction

Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertive, adaptable, stress tolerance

Poise and ambition, multi-tasking, applied learning, promoting diversity & inclusion, work ethic, omni-channel services
