The Business Development Manager will play an integral role in the strategic planning and execution of the business development approach for the firm’s Transactional practice.
Base Pay Range $175,000.00/yr – $205,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Assist Transactional Practice Group leaders with executing business development and marketing plans while tracking progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Keep an eye on industry trends and market activity to uncover new opportunities for client engagement, thought leadership, and go‑to‑market efforts.
Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to support lead generation, monitor campaign performance, and identify areas for business growth.
Play a key role in developing pitches, proposals, and submissions for directories and awards to enhance the practice group’s visibility and competitiveness.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience within an AmLaw 100 firm.
Passion for and focus on a transactional sub‑group throughout the career.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
