Lead, Logistics Device Management

Mondelēz International . Key Responsibilities
Champion a "Safety First, Quality Always" culture and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and industry standards. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, resources and deliverables for WMS peripheral implementations and upgrades. Provide technical leadership in design, configuration, testing, and integration of logistics devices that interface with core SAP modules (ECC, EWM, S/4HANA). Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies and manage budgets for device-related leases. Lead post‑implementation hypercare support, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze device needs, drive efficiency improvements, and reduce related costs. Act as primary liaison between suppliers, IT, operations, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution. Compile reports, monitor KPIs for device performance, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Train logistics staff on device usage, troubleshooting, and best practices. Qualifications
5–7 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply‑chain operations, or IT support with a focus on device management or WMS hardware. Strong leadership, motivation, and accountability skills for device performance teams. Deep expertise in WMS peripherals (voice pick, ring scanner, tablet, stationary & mobile printers, etc.). Proficient knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, EWM, S/4HANA) related to WMS hardware integration. Excellent verbal and written communication and data‑driven problem‑solving skills. Meticulous focus on accuracy in record‑keeping, asset management, and operational execution. Education / Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, information technology, or a related field. Travel & Work Location
Expect approximately 75% travel, including weekend and off‑hour support during critical cutover activities. Remote position; can be based anywhere in the United States. Benefits
