What You’ll Do
Lead and motivate your team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to all Lennys standards.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to help everyone succeed.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Open and/or close the restaurant, ensuring all procedures are followed.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience, ideally in a fast-casual or restaurant setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
A commitment to teamwork and a desire to help others grow.
