Location Onsite position in Lake Orion, MI; daily commute required.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Provide leadership for projects including scope, risk, timing, cost, and quality.
Act as the customer's main point of contact, spending most time communicating and facilitating design, build process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Report status updates during the project and share best practices and lessons learned post-completion utilizing the JR Project Execution Process (PEP).
Drive the team, promote cooperation, resolve conflicts and negotiate.
Maintain depth in financial details and budget for each assigned project.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent combination of experience and education.
4+ years of project management experience.
PMP certification preferred, not required.
Comprehensive understanding of PM best practices and processes, including MS Project, critical path analysis, and change management.
History of managing customer contracts and relationships and indirectly managing teams.
Active listening, probing, identifying concerns, developing credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
Negotiation, conflict resolution, proactive decision analysis.
Additional Hiring Requirements JR Automation requires candidates to successfully complete a 10-panel drug screen, physical examination, and background check.
