Project Title Accelerated Management Program Associate – Customer Solutions
Your Role We are looking for students to join our Accelerated Management Program (AMP). AMP can provide you with the tools you need for success within our company. In this twelve-month program, you will work hands‑on from the ground up and be provided with the opportunity to explore the facets of our company that could fit your personal skills and interests. The Accelerated Management Program includes two focuses: Branch Operations and Outside Sales Track.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or greater in actuarial science, management information systems, risk management, or human resources.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to make informed and timely decisions.
Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Effective negotiation skills to manage contracts, partnerships, and conflict resolution.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle unexpected challenges.
Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and ERP systems.
Ability to understand and manage budgets, financial statements, and cost analysis.
Understanding customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Must have at least a 3.0 GPA (overall and major).
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now and in the future.
Compensation The compensation for this role is $29–$32/hr.
