We need someone who can lead, manage, and maintain a customer-friendly environment while ensuring smooth operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee store operations, manage staff, control costs, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Perform all duties of Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver
Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during the shift
Responsible for all store operations
Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (including phone orders)
Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
Delivering products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously
Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back
Upholding a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards
Qualifications
Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people
Stellar attitude and motivational skills to keep the team organized and productive
Access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s licence preferred

Flexible schedule
Must be at least 18 years old
Additional Information Physical demands may include standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, squatting, reaching, various hand tasks, and proper use of machines, tools, or equipment.
