Our Customer Service Representatives are passionate animal lovers who provide our human and pet guests with “wow” service. Our CSRs are our first points of contact with our guests and are focused on building great relationships.
We are an employee‑owned and operated company that is expanding, which provides many growth opportunities within the company. Responsibilities
Lead main lobby operations: check‑ins, check‑outs, guest visits, tours, and answering general questions
Answering and handling calls in a professional manner
Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and guest areas
Scheduling and file maintenance
Data entry
Essential Job Functions
Welcome both human and pet guests
Identify animal body language and behavior
Follow safe handling procedures
Check pets in and out, escorting them to and from their rooms while providing excellent customer service
Takes reservations over the phone
Collaborate with team members and communicate with management
Qualifications
Love of animals
Professional manner at all times
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Lift/carry at least 40 pounds
Stand/walk for eight hours a day
Work in fast‑paced environment
Work on computer system
Handle dogs on leashes and work in environment with disinfectants, animal dander and excretions
Required Education
High School Graduate or Equivalent
At least 1 year of professional animal experience
