What You Will Be Doing The Fulfillment Specialist at the Central Fulfillment Center works in a closed‑door, fast‑paced pharmacy production line and is involved in the processing and shipping of prescription orders. Under the supervision of the PIC/Group Supervisor, the specialist receives inventory, scans, sorts, manifests, and ships prescription orders using automated equipment and conveyor systems. The specialist works as part of a team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of orders and maintains a continuous and consistent workflow to help meet team goals. The position is based in Irving, TX. The shift arrangement is typically a 16‑hour workweek, working Thursday (6:30 AM‑3:00 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM‑5:00 PM), and as needed.
Main Responsibilities
Follow and promote proper pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
Assist with preparation of intra‑facility transfers (i.e., completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores.
Maintain automated production lines, inspect/prepare packages, sort, and apply manifest information to prescription orders.
Organize totes on pallets to prepare for shipment and work with transportation partners to ship completed totes to stores.
Assist with maintaining the pharmacy system and technologies that facilitate proper conveyance, packaging, and shipping of prescriptions. Escalate technical and workflow issues as needed.
Monitor and maintain uptime of automated counting, collating, packaging, and sorting devices, ensuring continuous operation through basic troubleshooting of routine errors.
Assist with replenishment of supplies and cleaning of workstations as needed.
Create and maintain documentation as requested.
Assist Inventory Technicians as requested and participate in inventory audits.
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required:
High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a retail or fulfillment center environment.
Ability to preserve confidentiality of patient information.
Preferred:
Previous experience working with an inventory management system, including scanning equipment, conveyor lines, and/or robotic systems.
Technical Experience:
Central Fulfillment Pharmacy experience.
Preference for working in a closed‑door environment (no adjudication, customer interaction, or phone work).
Good computer skills.
Good math skills.
