We are looking for a dedicated Food Expeditor to join our team at The Carrington at Lincolnwood. As a Food Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top‑notch service and enjoy delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers
Ensure that all dishes meet quality standards before being served
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to maintain a smooth flow of service
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Required Skills
Guest Service: Providing exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction
Food and Beverage Management: Understanding of food and beverage operations
Loyalty Marketing: Implementing strategies to build customer loyalty
Sanitation: Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a food service setting
Baking: Experience in baking and pastry preparation

The community is designed to support residents as they remain self‑reliant, with a focus on personalized, caring services. The Carrington was developed by The Bluhm family of Chicago, South Bay Partners, and Jensen & Halstead, and is managed by West Bay Senior Living.
Salary and Benefits Minimum Salary: $42,000.00
Maximum Salary: $46,000.00
