Senior Manager, Product Management CIC Kapital One is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the Customer Identity and Core (CIC) team. The CIC team is part of Capital One’s Enterprise Product and Experience organization and is responsible for managing the enterprise system of record for over 100 million customers, both consumers and businesses. The role focuses on building innovative platforms in the cloud, delivering real‑time customer intelligence, and enabling high‑security digital experiences.

About the Team The CIC team builds foundational products that create seamless, secure customer experiences and unlock business growth. Current responsibilities include:

Managing enterprise‑wide customer identity systems

Developing real‑time intelligence platforms for tailored marketing, underwriting, and mobile experiences

Driving cross‑functional collaboration to protect customer data and support growth initiatives

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management

Candidate holds or is in the process of obtaining a quantitative degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration, expected by the scheduled start date

Preferred Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Salary and Incentives Full‑time annual salary ranges by location:

Chicago, IL: $175,500 – $200,300

McLean, VA: $193,000 – $220,300

New York, NY: $210,500 – $240,300

Richmond, VA: $175,500 – $200,300

Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation (cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives).
