Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative We're looking for a driven and personable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team of insurance professionals serving the Denver metro area. In this role, you'll do more than just support existing clients—you'll actively contribute to the agency's growth by identifying sales opportunities, cross‑selling products, and asking for referrals. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys building relationships and has a natural instinct for sales and service.

Base pay range $40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in‑person interactions

Assist clients with policy questions, billing, coverage changes, and account updates

Proactively identify customer needs and confidently recommend additional insurance products (cross‑sell)

Ask satisfied clients for referrals and help generate new business opportunities

Process policy renewals and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex service or coverage issues

Stay up‑to‑date on Farmers Insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance policies

Requirements

Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license (study materials provided by Farmers at no cost)

1‑2 years of prior insurance industry experience preferred — but not required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (handling 50‑100 calls daily)

Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling multiple priorities

Familiar with basic Microsoft computer applications and data entry

Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly encouraged to apply
