The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role is an active one where you’re on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, and problem‑solving in real time.
Our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager with all aspects of the center and its management. In the General Manager’s absence, they’re the ones who hold down the fort, assuming responsibility for all center and floor management, from entertainment to Food & Beverage to the property and its equipment as a whole. Amid all their day‑to‑day tasks, our Restaurant / Entertainment Managers maintain an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and a dedication to developing the team’s hourly staff. Essential Duties
Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
Continually hone operational execution; schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs and maximize the guest experience.
Capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow our league business.
Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff.
Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity.
Oversee the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Remain flexible – work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays and extended workdays as needed.
Desired Skills
2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to supervise center operations staff.
Strong team player.
Exceptional people developer.
Customer service professional.
Knowledge of POS register systems.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with assistance.
