Support the RGM by running great shifts and execute all restaurant administrative duties; provide leadership in the RGM’s absence to ensure day‑to‑day operations meet Taco Bell standards. Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority. Follow cash control and security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grow sales, and take appropriate action when necessary. Have a strong working knowledge of administrative processes. Assist the RGM in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members. Assist the RGM with scheduling facility maintenance. Handle people issues as they occur when the RGM is out of the restaurant. Professionally interact with Human Resources, accounting, and payroll departments. Must take a background check. Must be able to assist in lifting 40 to 50 lb. boxes in the store when necessary. Assist the RGM to build a great team that consistently provides the customer with great food and a great experience. Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have restaurant management experience. Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority. Follow cash control and security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, grow sales, and take appropriate action when necessary.
