Overview

Remote Bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representative – 1099 Independent Contractor. Training, background screening, and device diagnostics required before acceptance. Start dates: December 15, 2025 and January 5, 2026. Weekly incentives offered for meeting call center goals. Responsibilities

Assist members with transportation benefits: ride reservations, eligibility confirmations, and related questions in English and Spanish. Use online chat and Teams functions to access resources and support. Maintain service quality while managing calls independently. Qualifications

Full fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Customer service experience in a call center environment preferred. Experience in healthcare or benefits support preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Self‑management and high‑speed internet (wired 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload). Own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and USB headset. Valid government ID, device diagnostic, language assessment, and background screening required before beginning work. Technical & Equipment Requirements

Windows 11 or newer. Processor: 6 cores or more. RAM: 16 GB minimum. Dual monitors and USB headset. Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload. Live call verification of device specifications will be conducted during interviews. Benefits & Working Hours

100% remote – work from home anywhere in the U.S. Flexible schedule – choose shifts you are available within Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:45 p.m. window. On‑the‑job training. Training completion incentives and weekly incentives for meeting call center goals. Location & Education
