POSITION: Maintenance Technician- $1,000 sign-on bonus*

Location: Taravue Park Apartments

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work orders promptly.
  • Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner.
  • Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities

Qualifications:

  • EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) required
  • CPO
  • Multi-family Maintenance experience-including HVAC
  • Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
  • *$1,000 sign on bonus; 50% paid upon first payroll, 50% paid after 90 days of active employment
